Most clients start receiving leads within the first week of launch. The first 2–4 weeks is a learning phase where we optimise based on real data. By month 2, you’ll have a clear picture of your cost-per-lead and which keywords are driving the best results.

We recommend a minimum of $1,000–$1,500/month in ad spend for local service businesses. This gives the algorithm enough data to optimise effectively and generates meaningful lead volume. For competitive niches or multiple locations, $2,000–$4,000/month produces stronger results. Ad spend is paid directly to Google — it’s separate from our management fee.

This is the most common situation we see. Usually the issue is poor campaign structure, broad match keywords burning budget on irrelevant searches, or missing conversion tracking so the algorithm can’t learn. We’ll audit your previous account, identify what went wrong, and rebuild it correctly from the ground up.

Landing page design is not included in our Google Ads packages but we can build one separately from $800. We’ll always give you specific recommendations on what your existing landing pages need to improve conversion rate — this is included in every management package.

Yes — always. Your Google Ads account, GA4, and Search Console are all set up under your ownership from day one. We access your account through a Manager (MCC) account with appropriate permissions. If you leave, you keep everything — campaign history, quality scores, conversion data, and audiences. We never hold your data hostage.
