What we do

SEO that covers all the bases — not just one.

Most agencies focus on one area. We work across the full stack so nothing gets missed.

01
Technical SEO

Site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, mobile usability, HTTPS, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, and schema markup. If Google can’t crawl it, it won’t rank.

02
Keyword research

We identify the terms your customers actually search — high-intent, location-modified, and long-tail. Then we map them to pages and build a ranking roadmap around them.

03
On-page optimisation

Title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, keyword placement, internal linking, image alt text, and content updates. Every page optimised for its target keyword.

04
Local SEO

Google Business Profile optimisation, local citation building, review strategy, and location landing pages. Essential for service businesses competing in Newcastle and the Hunter.

05
Content strategy

Topical authority built through content clusters. We identify gaps in your coverage, plan articles that rank, and either write them or brief your team — using the “They Ask, You Answer” framework.

06
Reporting & tracking

Monthly keyword ranking reports, organic traffic trends, top pages, and conversion tracking via GA4 and Search Console. Plain English — not a 40-page PDF of metrics you don’t care about.

Who We Help: Local Businesses, Tradies & eCommerce Sites

What you need to know before starting SEO with Ramp Up Digital.

You’ll typically start seeing ranking movement within 4–8 weeks — especially for lower competition keywords and technical fixes that have been holding the site back. Meaningful traffic increases usually appear by months 3–6. The competitive your niche, the longer it takes. SEO is a long-term investment — think of it like a savings account that compounds over time, not a tap you turn on.

No — and any agency that guarantees specific rankings is lying to you. Google’s algorithm considers hundreds of factors and changes constantly. What we can guarantee is a structured, ethical approach that consistently improves your rankings over time, transparent monthly reporting so you see exactly what’s happening, and no black-hat tactics that could get your site penalised.

Not necessarily from you personally. Our Growth and Authority packages include written SEO articles each month — we research, write, and publish them. For the Foundation package we’ll give you content briefs and topics. Some clients prefer to write in their own voice, which we support. Either way, content is what builds topical authority over time — it’s an important part of any SEO strategy.

Our primary platform is Search Atlas, which we use for technical audits, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and reporting. We also use Google Search Console, GA4, AnswerThePublic for content ideation, and Screaming Frog for deep technical crawls. Our white-label reporting dashboard is also available to clients who want real-time access to their rankings.

Yes — and most of our clients do. Google Ads gives you immediate lead flow while SEO builds your organic rankings over 6–12 months. They complement each other: Ads data tells you which keywords convert best (informing your SEO keyword priority), and SEO reduces your long-term cost of customer acquisition as you become less reliant on paid traffic. Running both together is the most efficient path to dominant local search presence.

No lock-in contracts. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel. We do recommend committing to at least 6 months to see meaningful results — SEO takes time to compound — but there’s no contractual obligation beyond the 30-day notice period. All rankings, Search Console access, and GA4 data remain yours when you leave.
